1. About Carved Essence

Carved Essence sells physical, custom-made and personalised wooden products, including engraved greeting cards. All products are shipped within Australia only.

2. Products & Customisation

Many of our products are personalised or custom-made. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted text, names, dates, and artwork are accurate before placing an order. We engrave exactly what is provided.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where content is offensive, unlawful, or infringes intellectual property.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping

Shipping is available within Australia only and is handled via Australia Post. Processing times and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are only available where required under Australian Consumer Law. Personalised and custom-made items are not refundable for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Natural Materials

Our products are made from natural plywood. Variations in wood grain, colour, texture, and engraving depth are normal and are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, engravings, and branding, is the intellectual property of Carved Essence and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Carved Essence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
