Carved Essence creates handcrafted wooden products, including personalised and made-to-order items. The information below explains how we prepare and deliver your order.

Processing and production times

Ready-made products are prepared for dispatch as promptly as possible. Personalised, engraved and custom-made products require production time before dispatch. Any product-specific timeframe shown on the product page forms part of the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping costs

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather and delivery to regional or remote areas may affect arrival times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order after dispatch. Tracking information may take a short time to update.

Incorrect addresses and returned parcels

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you. Additional postage may apply before the parcel can be sent again, except where the error was ours.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged parcels or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
